Heehee~ It's me right now, That is.

This is my judge npc for the Cryptic Hymn OCT, so yeah~ Honestly, he's not new. Kuro is one of my favourite OC's. Soooo~ Here's some minor details about him so anyone who wants to add him in their page for a bit ca know him a bit better.

Kuro Akagami

Age- 19
Height- 6''8
Wingspan- 7 ft
Eye colour- Maroon/reddish
Hair colour- Black
Wing colour- Pure black.
Profession- The king's tactician. For those of you who don't know that word, he's a strategist of WAR.
Abilities-Masterful control of most magic types. Wields something akin to a God Spear.

Personality

He acts like the perfect gentleman, but there's a certain iciness to the way he speaks. Kuro is by no means 'Good'. Rather, he seems to be quite the evil man. Under his gentlemanly layers is a calculating, mischievous flirt of a man who follows through with his plans with no qualms for the actions he may have taken to make it work. He's ruthless, and maybe just a little deranged. He has to really like you to wish no harm upon you. Liking someone is rare for him. Kuro tends to smirk a lot.

If anything, he's probably the kind of person who goes to the number one spot on the your list of "People not to mess with."

Right now though, he's observing the players the king has taken into the tournament, and should he find one combatant suitable for his ultimate goal...
